BRINE BRAISED CHICKEN THIGHS
INGREDIENTS
8 Bone-in Chicken Thighs
1 bottle Get Pickled Crafted Brines Classic
1½ cup chicken broth
2 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil
3–4 cloves garlic freshly minced
3 TBSP fresh parsley
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Heat 1 TBSP olive oil and minced garlic in 12” skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes
Pat chicken thighs with paper towels all sides
Season chicken thighs with salt & pepper as desired.
Place 4 thighs in hot skillet, skin side down
Sear until skin is golden brown
Turn thighs and repeat on other side
Add another 1 TBSP olive oil to skillet and repeat with remaining 4 thighs
Place all thighs into same skillet and reduce heat to medium low
Add Get Pickled Crafted Brine and Chicken Broth to pan and bring to a boil
Cover and simmer thighs for 20-30 minutes
Turn each thigh over with tongs, cover and simmer for another 30 minutes
Remove from heat and let rest for at least 5 minutes
