SMOKED SALMON BRINE TARTARE
INGREDIENTS
1 Pound Smoked Salmon
2 TBSP Get Pickled Crafted Brines Classic
2 TSP Olive Oil
1½ TBSP Minced Shallots
1½ TBSP Minced Chives
1½ TBSP Grated Lemon Zest
1½ TBSP Hot Sauce
40 Fancy Crackers
Black Pepper to Taste
PREPARATION
Mix Smoked Salmon, Get Pickled Crafted Brine, Olive Oil and Shallot in a bowl until evenly combined
Place atop fancy crackers
Top with Lemon Zest, Chives and Cracked Black Pepper
